Nores therefore relies on your personal data to be able to send invitations. Processing is done according to our agreement.

3. Personal information to third parties

Nores negotiates contracts with suppliers on behalf of its members. In order for suppliers to know at any given time which companies should have access to Nore's contracts and to be able to contact you to draw up supply contracts, they depend on knowing who you are. When new supplier agreements are entered into, Nores provides new suppliers with membership lists containing contact details of our members' main contact persons. The main contact persons depend on the type of agreement and are the Director/CEO, Site Manager, Purchasing Manager, Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Housekeeping and Technical Manager.

When Nores receives new members, we send out contact details to all our suppliers. Nores sends the company's name, address and personal data to the main contact persons. All our suppliers are then data controllers according to laws and regulations. Partners may have access to selected information where it is necessary to perform services for Nores. In such cases, we enter into data processing agreements to protect security.

If you wish to see which personal data processors Nores cooperates with, please contact us at nores@nores.no.
